Staff totally annoyed this Sunday !! Wrong order packed. Total chaos in the store.

A catastrophe that was going on there last Sunday. No dynamism behind the counter overwhelming all employees. My husband ate a sandwich which the crazy employee did after repeated begging. The salad on the roll was already brown and the tomato had already lost its color. My master breakfast was nicely arranged but unfortunately the sausage was already greasy and the scrambled eggs were almost raw !! And paid almost 20 euros for two drinks, a sandwich and breakfast, which was inedible. Never again a shame because the terrace is pretty inviting for the whole family.

Not enough staff on a Sunday lunch. And no attention was paid to whether the covid19 rules were adhered to.

She had to help "the new" permanently and show everything. As a result, both snakes were not served. We were not served too friendly and courteous. Conclusion: understaffed and happy for everyone who was gone ....

Unfortunately, unfortunately, a single disaster in terms of personnel organization. No structure and order behind the counter - which has an especially negative impact on the organization of incoming customers, especially in Covid-19 times. If you are currently struggling with the crowds and would like to keep the necessary distance, you will have problems here. The opening hours are definitely a plus and the baked goods are also good.

We like to buy cakes from "Kauderer". The cake tastes good and the pieces are worth their money. We don't know of a bakery that sells such large pieces of cake. The biscuit base to cover yourself is also highly recommended. Bread anyway.

I bought a piece of yeast wreath this afternoon. At the bottom of the yeast wreath was clearly cheese !!! Looked like cheese and tasted like cheese. Not as claimed by Mr. Kauderer egg ...

Delicious bakery products, but the breakfast there disappointed me again today. Have ordered 2 baker's breakfasts, which consist of coffee, 2 rolls, jam and a sausage and cheese platter. Ordering was quick. You get coffee and rolls at the table. It is Friday morning at 9.30 and the shop is empty except for another table. Now the wait for breakfast begins. And that takes 25 minutes. For a plate that can be served in a minute. Possibly. Even faster. The coffee was cold until I got breakfast ... The breakfast itself is delicious, but this waiting time is not possible. What is it like on Saturdays or Sundays?
